Management in Training

Wirth Hotels has established a Management in Training program for highly successful college students who are enrolled in hospitality, business, or related degree programs and for recent graduates of such programs.

Our Management in Training program is an extensive management skills program consisting mainly of in-house department training and the opportunity to cross train in all areas of a hotel. The length of training may be up to 5 years, depending on skill level and ability to succeed. Upon successful completion of our Management in Training program, you will be ready to manage the entire operation of a hotel at the highest level.

Our Management in Training program will give you the hands on experience needed to succeed in the hospitality industry. You will also have the opportunity to manage the full spectrum of operations at one or more of our properties. The successful candidate must possess an absolute commitment to quality customer service.
